Approved Builder definition

Approved Builder means Meritage, Lennar, and each other residential homebuilder acquiring Lots from Borrower for the purpose of constructing single family residences thereon which is approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Approved Builder means and refer to those builders which have been selected by Declarant to construct homes for sale in the Subdivision.
Approved Builder means a qualified builder, real estate developer, construction company or other entity that has applied and been qualified to receive land from the HLB for the purposes of developing affordable housing.

Approved Builder means Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., SPP Shipbuilding Group, Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., STX Offshore & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. or any Affiliate thereof or such other company as the Agent may, with the consent of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time in writing as the builder of a Ship;
