Appropriate signage definition

Appropriate signage means signage that indicated that single-occupant restrooms are not restricted to a single gender. Examples of "appropriate signage" include, but are not limited to, signs with the words "washroom," "restroom," "all-gender restroom," "gender-neutral restroom" or "unisex" or that use images to indicate that restrooms are accessible to all genders.
Appropriate signage means a display, device, or inscription which is located upon, attached to, or painted on the entrance to the health care provider indicating the legal or trade name and address of the health care provider occupying that building, premises, or physical location.
