Private-Side Information definition

Private-Side Information means any information with respect to Holdings and its Subsidiaries that is not Public-Side Information.
Private-Side Information as defined in Section 5.2.
Private-Side Information as defined in Section 10.10(a)(iii).

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has not indicated whether a document or notice delivered pursuant to this Section 10.1.2 contains Private-Side Information, Administrative Agent reserves the right to post such document or notice solely on that portion of the Platform designated for Private Lenders.

More Definitions of Private-Side Information

Private-Side Information has the meaning specified in Section 6.02(d).
