  • Serviced Appointment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Monthly Minimum Removal Efficiency means the minimum reduction in the pollutant parameter specified when the effluent average monthly concentration for that parameter is compared to the influent average monthly concentration.

  • Resignation means a voluntary notice by the employee that they are terminating their service on the date specified;

  • Paint remover or stripper means any product designed to strip or remove paints or other related coatings, by chemical action, from a substrate without markedly affecting the substrate. “Paint Remover or Stripper” does not include “Multi-purpose Solvent,” paint brush cleaners, products designed and labeled exclusively as “Graffiti Remover,” and hand cleaner products that claim to remove paints and other related coatings from skin.

  • Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.

  • Temporary appointment means an employee hired into a position of limited duration or for completion of a specific task or project without following the rules regarding recruitment and selection. Temporary employees serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority and may be removed at any time without cause, notice or any right of appeal. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits other than those required by state or federal law.

  • Verification on oath or affirmation means a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true.

  • Spot remover means any product labeled to clean localized areas, or remove localized spots or stains on cloth or fabric such as drapes, carpets, upholstery, and clothing, that does not require subsequent laundering to achieve stain removal. Spot remover does not include dry cleaning fluid, laundry pre-wash, or multi-purpose solvent.

  • Successor Trustee means a successor Trustee possessing the qualifications to act as Trustee under Section 4.01.
