Settlement System Administrator definition

Settlement System Administrator means the party authorised to perform the or “SSA” functions detailed in Clause 1.4.(B) of the Trading and Settlement Code;

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 7.2.2 of Schedule 4 the Settlement System Administrator may appoint one or more agents to perform any or all of its obligations under this Part XV and Schedule 21.
