Applicable EquaGen Policies definition

Applicable EquaGen Policies means (i) EquaGen’s codes of conduct for non-employees; (ii) certain rules and policies of a general corporate nature; and (iii) certain rules and policies relating to the operation of nuclear generating facilities for which EquaGen provides services, all as set out in Exhibit G, together with (iv) specific site level procedures relating to the operation of each nuclear generating facility for which EquaGen provides services. Items (i), (ii) and (iii) of the previous sentence as set out in Exhibit G may be modified by EquaGen from time to time, and EquaGen shall give EOI notice of any such modifications as soon as practicable thereafter. Item (iv) may be modified by EquaGen from time to time, and EquaGen shall give notice of specific site level procedures to EOI Field Personnel relevant to the provision of Field and Maintenance Services by such personnel.

Examples of Applicable EquaGen Policies in a sentence

  • ESI warrants to EquaGen that the Support Services will be performed in a professional, diligent, timely and thorough manner consistent with Good Utility Practices, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, Applicable EquaGen Policies and this Agreement.

  • However, no Support Personnel shall be required to comply with Applicable EquaGen Policies that are inconsistent with Applicable Laws or Applicable Permits.

  • Any such Automatic Dialer alarm shall be removed by the owner thereof within thirty days following the effective date of this Article.

  • In connection with the business of EquaGen and the Facilities, ESI shall cause all Support Personnel provided hereunder to bring to bear his or her full experience and expertise in the performance of his or her duties and to comply with Applicable EquaGen Policies, including without limitation procedures applicable to personnel granted unescorted access to the Facilities.

Related to Applicable EquaGen Policies

  • Applicable Policies means the policies, bylaws, directives, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, rules, systems and procedures of AHS listed in Schedule “F” attached.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e).

  • Applicable Policy means any rules, policies, directives, standards of practice or Program Parameters issued or adopted by the Funder, the Ministry or other ministries or agencies of the province of Ontario that are applicable to the HSP, the Services, this Agreement and the parties’ obligations under this Agreement during the term of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Applicable Policy includes the other documents identified in Schedule C;

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • Mandatory Policies means the following of our business policies and codes:

  • Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.

  • Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).

  • R&W Policy means any buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policy purchased by a Buyer or an Affiliate thereof in connection with this Agreement on or before the Closing Date.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Reinsured Policies has the meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Agreement.

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • Applicable Guidelines means the policies of the Bank governing the selection and Contract award process as set forth in this RFP.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Shared Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of D&B or any of its Subsidiaries which relate to one or more of the D&B Business, the Cognizant Business or the ACNielsen Business.

  • Collection Policy means the collection policy of the initial servicer in effect on the Closing Date attached as Exhibit O to the Indenture, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Allocation Policy means the allocation policy of the Company adopted by the Managing Member in accordance with Section 5.1.

  • Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Prudent Utility Practices means those practices, methods, techniques and standards, that are generally accepted for use in electric utility industries taking into account conditions in India, and commonly used in prudent electric utility engineering and operations to design, engineer, construct, test, operate and maintain equipment lawfully, safely, efficiently and economically as applicable to power stations of the size, service and type of the Project, and that generally conform to the manufacturers' operation and maintenance guidelines.

  • Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Valuation Guidelines means the valuation guidelines adopted by the Board, as may be amended from time to time.
