The Appeals Authority and Appeals Committees were established by Law 4375/2016 adopted in April 2016.
The Appeals Board shall consist of five (5) members, two (2) of whom shall be members of the town council, one (1) shall be appointed from the Planning and Zoning Commission, one (1) employee of the Town who is not in the supervisory chain of command and one (l) member from the Land Use Appeals Authority.
