Apartment Project definition

Apartment Project means: (i) a Development Project within which initially none of the Residential Units have been sold to individual homeowners or were available for sale to individual homeowners, or (ii) any type of group or student housing which provides lodging for a week or more and may or may not have individual cooking facilities, including but not limited to boarding houses, dormitories, housing operated by medical institutions, and single room occupancy units.
Apartment Project means the construction of approximately 214 luxury apartment homes on six acres abutting the central green/community plaza focal point, in or physically connected to the Allocation Area, capitalized interest, if any, and costs of issuance and delivery of the ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇ Bonds.

  • As provided in Section 2 of the Master Development Agreement, City has paid or shall pay Architect for the cost of the Plans to the extent that they relate to the Phase 1 Garage and SRL has paid or shall pay Architect for the cost of the Plans to the extent that they relate to the Phase 1 Apartment Project and the Phase 1 Retail Project.

  • The Parties agree that, for the Term of this Agreement as defined in Section 3, the running of all filing and/or submittal and review deadlines and the requirement to pay any additional fees or costs applicable to the Apartment Project, by either Party, are tolled.

  • If the Term of this Agreement expires or if Applicant earlier terminates this Agreement and Applicant reverts to processing the Apartment Project, the Review Letters shall be controlling and no new or expanded requirements, deliverables, or requests may be imposed by the Town, except that the Town retains the ability to impose new requirements if the Applicant revises the Apartment Project or submits new information.

  • The first sentence of Section 3.06(A) is hereby replaced in its entirety by the following: On or before September 30, 2018, Developer shall enter into a Component Development Agreement with a Component Developer for each of the Hotel and Apartment Project Components.

  • However, in the event Developer fails to commence construction of the Apartment 1074 Project after the issuance of a building permit for the Apartment Project, the Village shall have 1075 all of its rights and remedies under the Guaranty, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1076 12.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
