Focal Point. The contractor shall serve as a “focal point” for older individuals within the community by maximizing, to the extent possible, the co-location and coordination of services for older adults at its site.

Focal Point. During the term of this subscription Agreement, Philips will provide Customer access to use PerformanceBridge Focal Point Licensed Software (“Focal Point”). Access to Focal Point is available to Customer and Philips support personnel working on-site and remotely. Philips will install Focal Point on virtual or physical hardware, pursuant to the system installation and reference guide. Customer will be entitled to all new software versions, updates, telephone and remote support during the term of the Agreement.

(a) facilitating technical consultations on any issue relating to technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures that a Party may raise;
(b) enhancing cooperation in the development and improvement of conformity assessment procedures;
(c) facilitating, where appropriate, cooperation between governmental regulatory authorities, accreditation agencies and conformity assessment bodies in the respective territories; and
(d) exchanging information on developments in national, regional and multilateral fora engaged in activities relating to standardisation, technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures.
Focal Point. [The Trustee][Both the Trustee and the Program Entity] shall serve as the [sole][joint] Focal Point[s] for communications with respect to the ER Program Activity. The Trustee shall be responsible for preparing and submitting the Distribution Letter.

For the Ministry of the Environment of Japan, the Focal Point will be the International Cooperation Office, Global Environment Bureau. For the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, the Focal Point will be the Bureau for International Cooperation.
