Allocated Expenses definition

Allocated Expenses means the aggregate of all costs allocated quarterly to NYGB by NYSERDA, generally based on the proportion which NYGB’s direct salary costs bear to the total salary costs of all NYSERDA program staff, expressed in dollars. Allocated Expenses fall into the following categories:

Allocated Expenses means the expenses relating to the operations of the facilities of the Practice and the administrative expenses incurred by AmeriPath on behalf of the Practice in the performance of AmeriPath's duties under this Agreement, including the following: billing services (including personnel), marketing, advertising, promotion, allocated corporate overhead, legal expenses, service of laboratory and other expenses as may be approved from time to time by the Managing Director, all as permitted to be incurred in accordance with this Agreement.

Allocated Expenses means the expenses relating to the operations of the facilities of the Practice and the administrative expenses incurred by AmeriPath on behalf of the Practice in the performance of AmeriPath's duties under this Agreement, including the following: billing services (including personnel), marketing, advertising, promotion, allocated corporate overhead, legal expenses, service of laboratory and other expenses as may be approved from time to time by the Steering Committee, all as permitted to be incurred in accordance with this Agreement and any New Practice Amendment (as defined in Section III.G.) BASE FEE has the meaning ascribed to it in Section V.A.3.

Allocated Expenses means the Internal Price (as hereinafter defined) for RFID ASIC chipsets, SX Series Hardware and MPR Series Hardware developed or licensed by the Purchaser or an Affiliate (other than Sub) and used by the Sub in the creation, conception or development for sale of products plus an administration fee equal to 10% of such costs. As used in this Exhibit B, “Internal Price” shall mean the cost of the goods sold (to be determined in accordance with GAAP), but without additional xxxx-up whatsoever including for research, development, marketing, etc.

Allocated Expenses means the share of expenses reasonably determined by Parent to be incurred by Parent as holding company for APR and its subsidiaries in such capacity as such holding company and reasonably allocated to APR and its subsidiaries.

Allocated Expenses means those expenses of the Company that are not directly attributable to the TMC Shares, the Portfolio, the Replacement Portfolio or the Properties.

Allocated Expenses means non-material expenses the Developer Member shall routinely incur from time to time in the ordinary course of its operations on behalf or for the benefit of the Company that shall comprise a portion of like expenses similarly incurred on behalf or for the benefit of various projects conducted or supervised by the Developer Member or its Affiliates which are fairly and equitably allocated to the Company by the Developer Member on a “pass-through basis.”
