Program Staff. The Program Staff assists and guides the Participants with the creation of standards and requirements. The Director will determine specific staffing requirements for the Program.
Program Staff. The normal weekly hours of work will be the equivalent of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week (seven and one-half [7.5] hours per day) with a one-half hour paid meal break.
Program Staff. Extension Educators, Extension Assistants, Extension Associates and support staff who provide support for the Program (“Program Staff”) are currently either employees of the County or the University. Upon execution of this Agreement, the University will transition to employing all Program Staff in a manner consistent with Nebraska Extension’s staffing plan and resources, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of employment established by the University. During this transition period, the County will continue to employ Program Staff that are County employees who have greater than five continuous years of service with the County as of the Effective Date of this Agreement (“County Program Staff”), until such staff no longer provide support to the Program and/or they have separated from their employment with the County. The salaries and expenses for County Program Staff will not be included in the fixed amount of funds paid by the County pursuant to Paragraph 7 above. County Program Staff shall be subject to the terms and conditions of employment established by the County and shall be supervised by the Unit Leader or their designee. The Unit Leader shall provide input regarding Lancaster County employed County Program Staff performance reviews. As County Program Staff separate from their employment with the County, the positions that have been vacated will not be filled by the County and may be filled by Nebraska Extension pursuant to the appropriate personnel rules for the University and Paragraph 7 above. Nothing contained in this Paragraph 8 or any other provision in this Agreement shall create any legal or equitable right to employment enforceable by any individual employed by the County or by the University, nor shall any provision in this Agreement create in any individual the status of a third-party beneficiary.
Program Staff. Contractor shall staff the Program per the requirements set forth in the Attachment D, Staffing Plan that is incorporated herein by reference.
Program Staff. Contractor’s Program shall include an active street outreach team and provide case management and housing navigation staff per the requirements set forth in the Program Staffing Plan. Program staff shall operate in accordance with non-discrimination policies and attend annual trainings that focus on understanding implicit biases and cultural sensitivities to promote diversity and equity within the Program.
Program Staff. 2.1 Program Administrator - San Diego shall specify a primary program administrator (hereinafter referred to as the "Program Administrator"), who will be available on weekdays during normal business hours to answer Authority staff questions and manage the day-to-day affairs of these programs. The Program Administrator will provide close and consistent supervision over office and field personnel at all times. The Program Administrator will ensure that the Program operates in an efficient manner and meets the needs of customers, the Authority, and Metropolitan. In the absence of the primary Program Administrator, an alternate may be designated with the Authority’s approval. The Program Administrator will meet with the Authority's Program Manager or designated representative as often as necessary. The Program Administrator, or the Program Administrator's designated alternate will return telephone calls or e-mails from the Program Manager that are noted as urgent, no later than two hours after the calls were initially made. The Program Administrator or representative will observe work procedures and monitor work progress on site on a regular basis. The Program Administrator shall be sufficiently trained in plant and soil sciences and landscape management to knowledgeably supervise surveyors.

Program Staff. The QA Plan shall describe the process for developing, training and monitoring staff performance. The QA plan shall specify that staff shall be evaluated annually.

Program Staff. Comverge shall have personnel report to NPC’s Las Vegas office upon request of NPC. Comverge shall have its program manager available to attend each NPC monthly department staff meeting.
