Investment Securities means any of the following:
Investment security means a marketable obligation in the form of a bond, note, or debenture, commonly regarded as an investment security and which is salable under ordinary circumstances with reasonable promptness at a fair value.
Parent Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b)(ii).
Replacement Securities means securities of the same issuer, class and denomination as Loaned Securities.
Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.
Liquid Investments means (a) readily marketable direct full faith and credit obligations of the United States of America or obligations unconditionally guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America; (b) commercial paper issued by (i) any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender or (ii) any commercial banking institutions or corporations rated at least P-1 by Moody’s or A-1 by S&P; (c) certificates of deposit, time deposits, and bankers’ acceptances issued by (i) any of the Lenders or (ii) any other commercial banking institution which is a member of the Federal Reserve System and has a combined capital and surplus and undivided profits of not less than $250,000,000 and rated Aa by Moody’s or AA by S&P; (d) repurchase agreements which are entered into with any of the Lenders or any major money center banks included in the commercial banking institutions described in clause (c) and which are secured by readily marketable direct full faith and credit obligations of the government of the United States of America or any agency thereof; (e) investments in any money market fund which holds investments substantially of the type described in the foregoing clauses (a) through (d); (f) readily and immediately available cash held in any money market account maintained with any Lender; provided that, such money market accounts and the funds therein shall be unencumbered and free and clear of all Liens and other third party rights other than a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Documents; and (g) other investments made through the Administrative Agent or its Affiliates and approved by the Administrative Agent. All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.
Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).
Eligible Investments Any one or more of the obligations and securities listed below which investment provides for a date of maturity not later than the Determination Date in each month:
Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent) or if not rated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.

Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:
Nonpurpose Investment means any investment property, as defined in section 148(b) of the Code, in which Gross Proceeds of the Bonds are invested and which is not acquired to carry out the governmental purposes of the Bonds.
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
U.S. Government Securities Business Day means any day except for (a) a Saturday, (b) a Sunday or (c) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.
Deposit Securities means, as of any date, any United States dollar-denominated security or other investment of a type described below that either (i) is a demand obligation payable to the holder thereof on any Business Day or (ii) has a maturity date, mandatory redemption date or mandatory payment date, on its face or at the option of the holder, preceding the relevant payment date in respect of which such security or other investment has been deposited or set aside as a Deposit Security:
Alternative Investments means investments in the said State which are within the ability and competence of the Company or of corporations which are related to the Company for the purposes of the Companies (Western Australia) Code and which are approved by the Minister from time to time as alternative investments for the purpose of this Agreement (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld in the case of an investment which would add value or facilitate the addition of value, beyond mining, to the mineral resources of the said State); ”;
U.S. Government Securities means securities that are direct obligations of, and obligations the timely payment of principal and interest on which is fully guaranteed by, the United States or any agency or instrumentality of the United States the obligations of which are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States and in the form of conventional bills, bonds, and notes.
Long-Term U.S. Government Securities means U.S. Government Securities maturing more than one year from the applicable date of determination.
Widely Held Fixed Investment Trust as that term is defined in Treasury Regulations section 1.671-5(b)(22) or successor provisions.
PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.
Foreign Government Securities means with respect to Subordinated Debt Securities of any series that are denominated in a Foreign Currency, non-callable (i) direct obligations of the participating member state or government that issued such Foreign Currency for the payment of which obligations its full faith and credit is pledged or (ii) obligations of a Person controlled or supervised by and acting as an agency or instrumentality of such participating member state or government, the payment of which obligations is unconditionally guaranteed as a full faith and credit obligation of such participating member state or government. For the avoidance of doubt, for all purposes hereof, euro shall be deemed to have been issued by each participating member state from time to time.
Qualified Investments means any and all securities, obligations or accounts in which municipalities may invest their funds under applicable Maine law.
Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).
