Agreed Delivery Date definition

Agreed Delivery Date means the date upon which the Service shall be provided in accordance with the Agreement.
Agreed Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d).
Agreed Delivery Date means the date on which the Products shall be delivered in accordance with the Agreement and/or Purchase Order. In case the Parties have not agreed on a specific date, the Agreed Delivery Date shall be a date within reasonable time, however not exceeding two (2) weeks after EY issuing the Purchase Order.

  • Delays in delivery occur when the date of the Actual Delivery Date occurs after the Agreed Delivery Date.

Agreed Delivery Date is the delivery date for the Deliverable agreed between the Parties in (as applicable):
