Aggregate Addition Account definition

Aggregate Addition Account means each Eligible Account designated pursuant to subsection 2.09(a) or (b) to be included as an Account and identified in the computer file or microfiche list delivered to the Trustee by a Transferor pursuant to Section 2.01 and subsection 2.09(h).
Aggregate Addition Account means each charge account established pursuant to an Account Agreement between Centurion and any Person, which account is designated pursuant to Section 2.02 to be included as an Account and identified on an Account Schedule delivered pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02.
Aggregate Addition Account means each credit or charge account or line of credit (if, with respect to the line of credit, the full receivable balance is not due upon receipt of a monthly billing statement (excluding the billing statement with respect to the final payment of such balance) and the line of credit contains an indicator as described in Subsection 2.01(c)), established pursuant to an Account Agreement between Centurion and any Person, which account or line of credit is designated pursuant to Subsection 2.02(a) to be included as an Account and is identified on an Account Schedule delivered pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02.

More Definitions of Aggregate Addition Account

Aggregate Addition Account means each charge account established pursuant to an Account Agreement between an Account Owner and any Person, which account is designated pursuant to subsection 2.13(a) or (b) to be included as an Account and identified in the computer file or microfiche list delivered to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee by the Transferor pursuant to Section 2.1 and subsection 2.13(c).
Aggregate Addition Account means each revolving credit account established pursuant to a Credit Agreement between the Account Owner and an Obligor, which account is owned by the Account Owner, is designated pursuant to Section 2.02, and is identified in the computer file or microfiche list delivered pursuant to Section 2.01 and Section 2.04 of this Agreement.
Aggregate Addition Account means each consumer credit card account established pursuant to a Credit Card Agreement between an Account Owner and any Person with respect to which one or more credit cards are issued to a cardholder, which credit card account is identified by the bank identification numbers and the bank numbers specified on Schedule II hereto, as such schedule may be amended from time to time, and which comes into existence after the Initial Cut-Off Date.
Aggregate Addition Account means each Eligible Account that is designated pursuant to Section 2.02 to be included as an Account and is identified in the computer file or microfiche list delivered to CCRFC by the Bank pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.05.
Aggregate Addition Account means each Eligible Account that is designated pursuant to Section 2.02 to be included as an Account and is identified in the computer file or microfiche list delivered to ACE by the Seller pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.05.

Related to Aggregate Addition Account

  • Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (y) the amount remaining in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a).

  • Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.
