Agency contracting officer definition

Agency contracting officer means the contracting officer of an agency or government corporation.
Agency contracting officer means <Insert name of name of Agency’s officer with signature authority>, or the person to whom signature authority has been delegated in writing. This term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, an authorized representative of the Agency Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his/her authority.
