AG Group Representatives means Akin and Ducera.
Lender Group Representatives has the meaning specified therefor in Section 17.9 of the Agreement.
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Holder Representative has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Class Representatives means Xxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, and Xxxx Xxxxx.
Representative means, with respect to any Person, any and all directors, officers, employees, consultants, financial advisors, counsel, accountants and other agents of such Person.
Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.
Steering Group means the Anti-Money Laundering Steering Group appointed pursuant to section 5;
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

Bargaining representative means a labor organization recognized by an employer or certified by the commission as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the employer.
Factory representative means an agent or employee of a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch retained or employed for the purpose of making or promoting the sale of new motor vehicles or for supervising or contracting with new motor vehicle dealers or proposed motor vehicle dealers.
