Affordable Housing Trust Fund definition

Affordable Housing Trust Fund means the affordable housing fund for the County established pursuant to Section 18.107.020 of the Napa County Code. Monies from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund may be used to provide Proximity Housing Assistance only for borrowers that meet the affordability and occupancy requirements set forth in the Affordable Housing Ordinance.
