Affiliate Letter definition

Affiliate Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 6.07.

Affiliate Letter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.8 hereof.

Affiliate Letter means a letter from each Affiliate of Frankfort First substantially in the form of Exhibit 2 attached to this Agreement.

Affiliate Letter means a letter from each Affiliate substantially in the form of Exhibit 1 attached to this Agreement.
