The Client has the obligation to inform the Company, in case there is any change in their personal information and must ensure that the data is updated timely and accurately, during the course of their business relationship. 22 Communication and Written Notices All Written Notices, instructions, requests or any other communications must be sent to the Company’s address as found on the Website. All written communications must be sent by email, facsimile, post or airmail depending on the location of the Client and shall be deemed delivered only when actually received and confirmed by the Company. The Client is responsible to ensure that any communication the Company may send from time to time, via any approved communication method, is read. The Company shall use the contact details provided by the Client upon registration to contact the Client. The Clients must ensure their contact details are updated timely. The Company may use any of the above methods mention in clause 18.1 including any of the following methods to communicate with the Client:

The Affiliate or third party may enforce the PII related terms of this Section 4.10 against the Asset Representations Reviewer as if each were a signatory to this Agreement.
