Affected Unions shall be notified in advance and included in any processes that are used by City Departments to determine employee membership on all departmental, divisional, and sectional Safety Committees.
Buyer, in coordination with Sellers, shall propose a Modified Labor Agreement to each Affected Union (each, a “Proposal”), which Proposal may be modified as a result of Buyer’s and/or Sellers’ good faith negotiations with the Affected Unions.
