Advertising Terms means our Specific Terms for Marketing Products, as published on our website and as updated from time to time;
Advertising Terms. As defined in Section 3.3. Affiliate(s).   • Synacor shall apply for and receive Network Advertising Initiative opt-out participation prior to implementing itself any cookies that require such opt-out, and thereafter will maintain such opt-out functionality as the Network Advertising Initiative may require and shall comply with the applicable portions of the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising Terms.

  • Identifying information means information that identifies an individual or for which it is reasonably foreseeable in the circumstances that it could be utilized, either alone or with other information, to identify an individual.
