Advance Notice of Lay-Off. The Corporation shall notify regular employees who are to be laid-off and who have worked continuously for ninety (90) days or more and who are not subject to the probationary period on the following basis and in lieu of such notice will pay the employee accordingly:

Related to Advance Notice of Lay-Off

  • Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.

  • Advance Notice means a written notice to the Investor setting forth the Advance amount that the Company requests from the Investor and the Advance Date.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
