Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);
Drawdown Notice means, in relation to each Advance, a notice substantially in the form of schedule 2;
Drawdown Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1.
Examples of Drawdown Notice in a sentence
The Borrower may, by not less than 3 Business Days' notice in writing to the Lender (a Drawdown Notice), request an Advance from the Lender.
If the Borrower requests an Advance and the conditions set out in this Agreement have been satisfied (or waived by the Lender), the Lender must make the requested Advance available to the Borrower on the drawing date stated in the Drawdown Notice issued in accordance with this Clause.
