Drawdown Notice definition

Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);
Drawdown Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1.

  • The Borrower may, by not less than 3 Business Days' notice in writing to the Lender (a Drawdown Notice), request an Advance from the Lender.
