Additional Senior Note Guarantors means the Additional 2020 Senior Note Guarantors and the Additional 2017 Senior Note Guarantors and “Additional Senior Note Guarantor” means any of the Additional Senior Note Guarantors.

Additional Senior Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.
