Additional Executive definition

Additional Executive means any employee of the Company or its subsidiaries who becomes a “Stockholder” in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.
Additional Executive means any member of the Company's senior management who becomes a "Shareholder" in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.

Related to Additional Executive

  • Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
