Added work definition

Added work shall be defined as all regular 17 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 18 scheduled daily routes, not to include extra trips. Pay for added work shall be the same as that for 19 regular routes.
Added work shall be defined as all regular 22 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 24 regular routes.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Development Work means an energy audit and (to the extent appropriate) a facilities survey of the Authority Facilities each undertaken by the Contractor, including the documenting of the same, the scope of which shall be agreed between the parties but shall at a minimum cover the following: [to be completed on project specific basis including reference to all such work necessary for the development and production of the (i) Investment Grade Audit (ii) Investment Grade Proposal (iii) Measurement and Verification Plan and the sample savings report all in accordance with the terms of the mini-competition process including without prejudice the ITMC and the ITMC Proposal];

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Initial Improvements when used herein, shall mean those improvements or remodeling to the Premises, if any, which Landlord and/or Tenant shall agree to provide according to the Workletter attached hereto as EXHIBIT C.

  • Construction Work means all necessary action for the development, construction, renovation, furnishing, equipping and implementation of the Plans and Designs for the Hotel.

For the avoidance of doubt, where the Work is a musical composition or sound recording, the synchronization of the Work in timed-relation with a moving image ("synching") will be considered a Derivative Work for the purpose of this License.
