Added work definition

Added work shall be defined as all regular 48 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 1 scheduled daily routes, not to include extra trips. Pay for added work shall be the same as that for 2 regular routes.
Added work shall be defined as all regular 22 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 24 regular routes.
