Actual Production Costs definition

Actual Production Costs means (a) the Company’s recognized cost of goods sold as calculated in accordance with the Company’s usual and customary accounting methods, which are in accordance with GAAP, minus (b) the amount of any funding provided by the Foundation or any Foundation-supported Entity directly allocable to the production, supply and distribution of such product (except to the extent such funding has been deducted from the cost of goods sold as calculated under the foregoing clause (a)).
Actual Production Costs means, for any Reporting Period, the total of all costs and expenses incurred by PRODUCER with respect to each closed lot of hogs sold under this Agreement, as reflected on the actual finished lot close out reports for such Reporting Period (determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied). Such costs shall be reduced by any cull sale proceeds received by PRODUCER.
Actual Production Costs. (as defined in Section 6.1.5) for the third calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month in which the Aluminum Delivery occurs, up to a maximum of $*** per Pound.

Actual Production Costs means the actual cash cost to NAC, in U.S. Dollars per Pound, of Converting Aluminum during the third calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month of Aluminum Delivery, including the cost of all materials, electricity and labor and all Smelter lease rent expenses, normal relining expenses, general and administrative costs and net interest expenses, but excluding depreciation and amortization of organization costs, as computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Related to Actual Production Costs

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Exploration Costs means costs incurred in identifying areas that may warrant examination and in examining specific areas that are considered to have prospects that may contain oil and gas reserves, including costs of drilling exploratory wells and exploratory type stratigraphic test wells. Exploration costs may be incurred both before acquiring the related property and after acquiring the property. Exploration costs, which include applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of exploration activities, are:

  • FOR Destination costs means the cost of equipment and material at the consignee’s stores. The cost is exclusive of Excise duty, Sales Tax and other Local Taxes, but is inclusive of packing, forwarding and insurance and freight charges.
