Active Representatives definition

Active Representatives means VCS Sales Representatives who have completed all CLIENT and VCS-required training and are engaged in Detailing or otherwise engaged in CLIENT- required or approved activities pursuant to this Agreement. Any VCS Sales Representative who is on a Time Out of Territory shall not be considered an Active Representative. For clarification, any VCS Sales Representative who otherwise meets the requirements in the definition of “Active Representative” and who is not on a Time Out of Territory shall be considered an Active Representative.
