Examples of Approved Activities in a sentence
The terms “other party” is defined as public or private nonprofit agencies or organizations and certain (limited) private for-profit entities who receive grant funds from a Subrecipient to undertake Approved Activities.
COUNTY shall only reimburse Subrecipient for documented expenditures incurred during the Agreement Term that are: (i) reasonable and necessary to carry out the scope of Approved Activities described in Exhibit B; (ii) documented by contracts or other evidence of liability consistent with the established COUNTY and Subrecipient procedures; and (iii) incurred in accordance with all applicable requirements for the expenditure of funds payable under this Agreement.
The Municipality shall maintain all records, books, papers and other documents related to its performance of Approved Activities under this Agreement (including without limitation personnel, property, financial and medical records) through at least December 31, 2031, or such longer period as is necessary for the resolution of any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit, or other inquiry involving this Agreement.
Approved Activities: The Board and the Association agree that the extra-curricular activities listed in Schedule C are official school sponsored activities covered by liability and workers' compensation insurance.
