above grade definition
above grade means constructed items located in whole or that part above the surface of the ground.
above grade means any portion of a building not below grade. (By-law 2013-138, S.11)
above grade means (1) a window installed without an area wall around the window, or (2) a window installed with an area wall in which the top of the window frame placement is 8" or higher above grade level.
