2017 Budget definition

2017 Budget means the written budget of the Companies for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2018 in the form provided to the Buyer prior to the date hereof. “Accounting Firm” has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(b).

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Base Case Projections means the initial forecast for the Project prepared as of the Effective Date using the Base Case Financial Model.
