2013-B Lease definition

2013-B Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01 of the 2013-B Servicing Supplement.
2013-B Lease means a Lease identified as a “2013-B Lease” in the Schedule of 2013-B Reference Pool Assets and included in the 2013-B Reference Pool, excluding any Lease for which the Repurchase Payment has been paid by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05(a) of the 2013-B Servicing Supplement.

  • Neither the 2013-B Lease nor the 2013-B Vehicle has been sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or granted by any Dealer to any Person other than the Titling Trust.

  • The 2013-B Lease has not been extended or otherwise been deferred, but may have been modified in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy so long as such modification did not cause such 2013-B Lease to not qualify with the other criteria set forth herein.

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • Leasehold Mortgage means a mortgage, a deed of trust, a deed to secure debt, or other security instrument by which the Leasehold is mortgaged, conveyed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to secure a debt or other obligation.

  • Financing Lease any lease of property, real or personal, the obligations of the lessee in respect of which are required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on a balance sheet of the lessee.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by that Person as lessee which is not a Capital Lease.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • Lease-purchase agreement means an agreement for the use of personal property by an individual for personal, family or household purposes, for an initial period of four months or less, that is automatically renewable with each payment after the ini- tial period, but does not obligate or require the consumer to continue leasing or using the property beyond the initial period, and that permits the consumer to become the owner of the property.

  • Master Lease means any master lease now or hereafter entered into, in which the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other HUD-insured healthcare facilities and leased to a Master Tenant and any amendments or joinders thereto.

  • Head Lease or “Superior Lease” means the document which sets out the promises the Landlord has made to the Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Head Lease will bind the Tenant if he has prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • Site Lease means the lease of part of the Site from the Minister for Finance on behalf of the State to the Company;' ;

  • mineral lease means the mineral lease referred to in clause 8(1)(a) hereof and includes any renewal thereof;

  • New Leases means, collectively, any lease for space at the Property entered into between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.

  • Major Lease shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
