The Mortgage Purchase Agreement further provides that the Servicer agrees to service the Mortgage Loan on behalf of the Nevada Housing Division in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Uniform Reporting Supplement and the Servicing Supplement dated May 1, 2000, as amended and in effect on the date of transfer of the Mortgage Loan from the Servicer to the Division.
In the event of any actual conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and (a) the Titling Trust Agreement, with respect to the servicing of any Trust Assets, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and (b) any Servicing Supplement with respect to the servicing of any Related Trust Assets, the provisions of such Servicing Supplement shall control with respect to the related Pool.

If an Asset Review Receivable that was reviewed by the Asset Representations Reviewer is the subject of a dispute resolution proceeding under Section 2.20 of the 2018-3 Servicing Supplement, the Asset Representations Reviewer will participate in the dispute resolution proceeding on request of a party to the proceeding.
On or before each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will (as directed by the Servicer under Section 4.6 of the Servicing Supplement) withdraw the Reserve Account Draw Amount for the Payment Date from the Reserve Account and deposit it in the Exchange Note Collection Account.
