2011 Resolution definition

2011 Resolution means a resolution adopted by the Governing Body on March 8, 2011 authorizing the issuance of the 2011 Bonds;
2011 Resolution means the District resolution adopted on October 27, 2011, which provided for the issuance of the 2011 CWRPDA Bond.
