17g-5 Website. A password-protected website which shall initially be located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Any change of the 17g-5 Website shall only occur after notice has been delivered by the Issuer to the Information Agent, the Collateral Trustee, the Collateral Administrator, the Collateral Manager, the Initial Purchaser and the Rating Agency setting the date of change and new location of the 17g-5 Website.

17g-5 Website has the meaning specified in Section 10.06 of the Indenture.

• The 17g-5 Information Provider (and the Trustee) has not obtained and shall not be deemed to have obtained actual knowledge of any information posted to the 17g-5 Website to the extent such information was not produced by it.

• At all times while any Notes are rated by any Rating Agency or any other NRSRO, the Issuer shall engage a third party to post 17g-5 Information to the 17g-5 Website.

• The foregoing information shall be made available by the 17g-5 Information Provider on the 17g-5 Website or such other website as the Issuer may notify the parties hereto in writing.

17g-5 Website means the password-protected website on which the Servicer shall post any notice, report, request for satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, document or other information provided by the Indenture Trustee to any Rating Agency under the Indenture or any other Basic Document to which it is a party for the purpose of determining or confirming the credit rating of the System Restoration Bonds or undertaking credit rating surveillance.

17g-5 Website. As defined in the Indenture.

17g-5 Website means a password-protected website, which shall initially be located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or such other address as the Borrower may provide to the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Administrator, the Servicer, the Administrative Agent and S&P.
