  • The Primary Servicer shall promptly provide copies of any waivers it effects pursuant to this Section to the Master Servicer and the Master Servicer will provide notice or copies to the 17g-5 Information Provider and Rating Agencies to the extent required by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Furthermore, the Special Servicer shall promptly deliver such conclusions in writing to the 17g-5 Information Provider for posting to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website for those Mortgage Loans that (i) have one of the ten (10) highest outstanding Stated Principal Balances of all of the Mortgage Loans then included in the Trust or (ii) comprise more than 5% of the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans then included in the Trust.
