In no event shall the Trustee, the Information Agent or the Collateral Administrator be deemed to make any representation as to the content of the Issuer’s Website (other than with respect to the Information Agent, to the extent such content was prepared by the Information Agent) or with respect to compliance by the Issuer’s Website with this Indenture, Rule 17g-5 or any other law or regulation.
The Issuer has complied, or has caused its agents and advisors to comply on its behalf, with the representations, certifications and covenants made to the Hired NRSROs in connection with the Rule 17g-5 Representation.
