Patient Referrals Business Manager and Practice agree that the ----------------- benefits afforded either party hereunder are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission or any other arrangement for, the provision of any item or service offered by Business Manager or Practice.
Product References a. “Or Equal” In all Solicitations or Bid Specifications, the words “or equal” are understood to apply where a copyrighted, brand name, trade name, catalog reference, or patented Product is referenced. Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Review of Personnel File Upon written authority from an employee, OC shall permit the President of the Union or their designate to review that employee's personnel file in the office in which the file is normally kept in order to facilitate the proper investigation of a grievance.
Contract Supremacy In the case of a conflict between the express terms of this Agreement and the terms of the ISO Agreement, the express terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.
Bilingual Pay 1. Except as provided in 2. below, qualified employees who meet the following criteria shall receive an additional forty (40) cents per hour (approximately sixty-nine [69] dollars per month) for all hours actually paid. This will not apply to the class of Interpreter.
