General References definition

General References. As used in this Contract, the terms "herein," "herewith" and "hereof" are references to this Contract, taken as a whole, the term "includes" or "including" shall mean "including, without limitation," and references to a "Section," "subsection," "clause," "Article" or "Exhibit" shall mean a Section, subsection, clause, Article or Exhibit of this Contract, as the case may be, unless in any such case the context requires otherwise. The singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter, and vice versa.
