Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
Performance References has the meaning set forth for such term in the definition of Derivative Instrument.
Cross-reference The statutory provisions on the President and the Executive are found in title 2 of this code. The statutory provisions on the FSM Congress are found in title 3 of this code.

Documents Incorporated by Reference means all interim and annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, business acquisition reports, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, Marketing Documents and other documents that are or are required by Applicable Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference into the Offering Documents, as applicable;
the book of reference means the book of reference certified by the Secretary of State as the book of reference for the purposes of this Order;
Standard reference compendia means the American Medical Association Drug Evaluations, the
TO Agreement means this signed TO Agreement between DoIT and TO Contractor.
General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;
Trade Reference means a reference concerning the creditworthiness of the Bidder given by another business that extends credit to the Bidder, such as a supplier.
laws relating to native title means laws applicable from time to time in Western Australia in respect of native title and includes the NTA;
Law relating to a public servant s office or employment” means a law that specifically applies to a person acting in the capacity of a public servant and that directly or indirectly imposes a duty on the public servant or governs the conduct of the public servant. Penal Code 39.01(1)
Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.
Right of Reference means the “right of reference” defined in 21 CFR 314.3(b), including with regard to a Party, allowing the applicable Regulatory Authority in a country to have access to relevant information (by cross-reference, incorporation by reference or otherwise) contained in Regulatory Documentation (and any data contained therein) filed with such Regulatory Authority with respect to a Party’s Compound, only to the extent necessary for the conduct of the Study in such country or as otherwise expressly permitted or required under this Agreement to enable a Party to exercise its rights or perform its obligations hereunder.
General Terms means these terms and conditions.
General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).
Underlying Reference means as set out in §25(a) below.
Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.
Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.
Arbitration Act means the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall include any amendment to or any re-enactment thereof as in force from time to time.
Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.
Table of Contents is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached “Table of Contents” (identified by “SA-11”).
Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;
Claims Process means the process pursuant to the BIA by which the Trustee will determine the Proven Claims against the Company.
