General References. As used in this Contract, the terms "herein," "herewith" and "hereof" are references to this Contract, taken as a whole, the term "includes" or "including" shall mean "including, without limitation," and references to a "Section," "subsection," "clause," "Article" or "Exhibit" shall mean a Section, subsection, clause, Article or Exhibit of this Contract, as the case may be, unless in any such case the context requires otherwise.
