Xxxxxx Design Standards. (a) Minimum Right-of-way and Street Surface Width. The minimum right-of-way (ROW) and street surface width (curb face to curb face) of all proposed streets and alleys shall be the width specified by the Comprehensive Plan, Official Map or neighborhood development plan, or, if no width is specified therein, the minimum width shall be as follows: Type of Street ROW Width (feet) Curb Face to Curb Face Width (feet) Arterial 120 40 Collector and Local 66 28 Frontage 66 28 Alley 24 18 The actual street surface width shall be determined by the Village Board following recommendation by the Village engineer, Director of Public Facilities and the Plan Commission.

Xxxxxx Design Standards. All proposed streets, highways and alleys shall conform to the minimum right-of-way width as specified by the Town Highway Ordinance, the Marathon County Jurisdictional Highway System Plan, the comprehensive plan, comprehensive plan component, neighborhood development plan or the official county highway width map. Design of the streets for a proposed subdivision should be such that every parcel is provided with adequate access to a public right-of-way or approved way. Their location and design shall consider their relationship to existing and planned streets, to topographic conditions, to natural features, to public convenience and safety.

  • Design Standards Most recent edition of the “Owner’s Design Standards,” including any partial updates as may be directed by the Owner.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Design Professional to Design Work The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to design and to prepare the Contract Documents, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Contractor upon request. The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement. If the CRC Board fails either to approve or disapprove by majority vote any such proposal within 45 days after it was submitted to the CRC Board, the disagreement over the propriety or need for any of the Routine Maintenance or Program Maintenance included in such proposal may be submitted by either Operator for resolution by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.
