Half Streets. Where an existing dedicated or platted half street is adjacent to a parcel being subdivided, the other half of the street shall be dedicated by the subdivider. Streets less than full width on the boundary of a parcel being subdivided shall not be less than a width sufficient to produce a full pavement, a full terrace on the plat side and a reserve strip as determined by the Village Board.

  • Notice to Centrelink Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of employees, the employer shall notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
