XXXXX’S LAW. Pursuant to Section 290.46 of the Penal Code, information about specified registered sex offenders is made available to the public via an internet web site maintained by the Department of Justice at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx. Depending on an offender's criminal history, registered sex offender information will include either the address at which the offender resides or the community of residence and ZIP Code in which he or she resides. Questions in this regard must be directed to SDSU Police Department at (000) 000-0000 or via the website at: xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/dps/.
XXXXX’S LAW. Buyer shall exercise whatever due diligence Buyer deems necessary with respect to information on any sexual offenders registered under Chapter 23 (19.2-387 et seq.) of Title 19.2. Such information may be obtained by contacting your local police department or the Department of State Police, Central Criminal Records Exchange, at 000-000-0000 or xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx. SETTLEMENT EXPENSES/RISK OF LOSS: The expenses of examination of title and recordation shall be borne by the Buyer. All rents, interest, taxes, insurance, and other escrow deposits are to be pro-rated as of settlement. The risk of loss or damage to or destruction of any structure on the premises by any means until the deed of conveyance is delivered is assumed by the Seller.

The Tenant agrees that the Tenant has the sole responsibility to obtain any such information. The Tenant understands that Sex Offender Registry information may be obtained from the local sheriff's department or other appropriate law enforcement officials.

XXXXX’S LAW. If the County operates an Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program pursuant to Welfare and Institution Code, Division 5, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 9, (Xxxxx’s Law), it shall be required to comply with all applicable statutes including, but not limited to, Welfare and Institutions Code sections 5345 through 5349.5
