Workgroup. 14.1 In the event that local management determines the necessity to revise their workgroups, the Company will meet with a local Union representative to discuss the impact on job assignments, vacations, personal holidays and scheduling. It is the Company’s intent that these discussions will take place prior to implementing new workgroups.
