Clinic Services. In addition to the services described in this Exhibit B and the Agreement which are applicable to the Clinics, Vendor shall provide as "Clinic Services" the Services which are identified on the service matrix set forth on SCHEDULE C. Descriptions of the Services identified on SCHEDULE C are attached as Schedule 2 to this Exhibit B.
Clinic Services. The Clinic Services shall include each Service Offering, and the corresponding Performance Measures and Clinic Service Fee listed in Table II below. eScreen shall pay Clinic the fees set forth in the table below. The Clinic Services listed in Table II below are provided to eScreen Customers by Clinic. Clinic Services. Symbol shall, at its sole expense, provide a staff of medical professionals, including licensed physician(s) and/or supervising physician(s), (the “ P h Physiciyan Asssistant(si) acnd/or iNurse a Practitinoner(s) ” (the) , “ P r a c nt ursies, t ani d omednical e arssist”ants ) ,(collectively, the “Medical Staff”) to render episodic primary care to Qualified Participants, on a non-surgical, non-emergency, routine basis.

Clinic Services. (i) For the PDG Offices, PDHC will provide those items and services generally included as Clinic Expense through February 29, 2008. Effective March 1, 2008, PDG will employ all of its own clinic-based staff and PDHC will no longer provide any clinic based services or be paid Clinic Expense. (ii) For the PDHC Offices in which PDG doctor(s) continue to practice, PDHC will provide services included in Clinic Expense for the PDG doctor(s) until the Doctor Transition Date. PDG shall reimburse PDHC semi-monthly for all Clinic Expenses as incurred by it in connection with the services provided with respect to the PDG Offices and with respect to the PDG Doctors in the PDHC Offices, not later than five days after written notice and reasonable detail of such Clinic Expenses is provided to PDG; provided that in the case of lease payments or other obligations that are known in advance and payable on a known date, PDG shall pay the amount of such obligations not less than three days prior to the applicable payment date.
