  • JOB Where a permanent vacancy occurs in a classification within the bargaining unit or a new position within the bargaining unit is established by the Hospital, such vacancy shall be posted for a period of seven consecutive calender days. Employees may apply for posted vacancies by written application within the said seven days. The posting shall stipulate the qualifications, classification, rate of pay, department and shift, the job requirements as determined by the Hospital. Employees, if The successful employee shall be allowed a trial period of up to thirty working days (or a total of worked hours) during which the Hospital will determine if the employee can satisfactorily perform the job.
