For purposes of this Agreement, a party to this Agreement is referred to individually as a “Party,” while collectively both parties are referred to as “Parties.” This Agreement applies to the exchange of technical, financial, competition-sensitive information, or other business sensitive information, some of which may be deemed to be Proprietary Information as hereinafter defined.

  • Job Share 30.1 In order to promote flexibility in the workplace, in particular for older workers and single parents, the parties agree to consider job sharing arrangements only in accordance with this clause.

  • Work Unit A work unit shall mean all those employees within a given title and department who have a common place of reporting except that employees within a single title performing distinctly different job duties shall not be grouped together. EXAMPLE: Different groups of Service Technicians having the same place of reporting but who work in different departments, or who are divided into installation and repair forces at a particular place of reporting, will be considered as separate work units in the application of this procedure.

  • Work Shift The hours an employee is scheduled to work each workday in a workweek.

Such work areas shall include at a minimum: a work station or table, a chair, a visitor’s chair, nearby access to a phone, nearby access to a computer with internet and District network access, nearby access to a printer, and campus access to a scanner. Individual colleges shall consider adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • OPTION CONSIDERATION As consideration for this Option to Purchase Agreement, the Buyer/ Tenant shall pay the Seller/Landlord a non-refundable fee of Dollars ($ ), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Seller/Landlord. This amount shall be credited to the purchase price at closing if the Buyer/Tenant timely exercises the option to purchase, provided that the Buyer/Tenant: (a) is not in default of the Lease Agreement, and (b) closes the conveyance of the Property.
