Work Jacket. Employees who are engaged on the Project site for longer than 4 weeks and engaged on the Project site at any time between 1 May and 30 September in any year will be entitled to a one-off issue of a good quality work jacket. The parties may vary the above entitlements due to unforeseen weather periods. Where an Employee qualifies for the issue of a work jacket, the Company should issue the Employee such work jacket within 3 working days but, in any event, no later than one week later than the Employee qualifies.

Work Jacket. Employees (other than casual employees) who are engaged on the site for longer than four weeks between 1 June and 31 August in any year shall be entitled to a one-off issue of a cotton work jacket to the value of $95.00.

Work Jacket. Weekly hire employees shall be entitled to a one-off issue of a work jacket.
Work Jacket a) Employees who are engaged on the Site for longer than 4 weeks between 1 April and 31 August in any year shall be entitled to a one-off issue of a good quality cotton work jacket. b) Replacement shall be on a fair wear and tear basis provided the worn out item is returned when seeking replacement. The employee will be responsible for purchasing replacements for lost items.
Work Jacket. The Company will provide and maintain flame retardant work jackets.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Workloads The parties agree to the following provisions relating to faculty members' workload. (a) The registration limits for all courses currently offered by the Employer in the academic, career and technology areas are 35 unless established by practice as lower, excepting multiple sections where the limit is the correct multiple of the number of sections involved. (b) The registration limits for English are as follows: (i) Writing and Composition Courses - 25 (ii) Writing Skills -17 (iii) Creative Writing - 22

  • Shiftwork (A) Where the Employee would have received shift loadings had the Employee not been on leave during the relevant period and such loadings would have entitled the Employee to a greater amount than a loading of 17.5% of the payment under clause 23.1(c), then the shift loadings must be added to the payment under clause 23.1(c)(i) instead of the 17.5% loading. (B) Provided further that if the shift allowance would have entitled the Employee to a lesser amount than the loading of 17.5% then such loading of 17.5% shall be used for the purpose of calculating annual leave loading in lieu of the shift allowance.

  • Workload An employee who believes that her workload is unsafe or consistently excessive shall discuss the problem with her immediate supervisor. If the problem is not resolved in this discussion, the employee may seek a remedy by means of the grievance procedure. If the matter is not resolved in the grievance procedure, it may be referred to troubleshooter who shall: a) investigate the difference; b) define the issue in the difference; and c) make written recommendations to resolve the differences.
