Common use of Work Jacket Clause in Contracts

Work Jacket. Employees who are engaged on the site for longer than four weeks and engaged on the site at any time between 1 April and 30 September in any year shall be entitled to a one-off issue of a good quality work jacket. Where an employee qualifies for the issue of a work jacket the Employer should issue the employee such work jacket within three working days but in any event no later than one week later than the employee qualifies.
