Withdrawal from Occupancy by Resident. In the event that the Resident elects to withdraw from Graduate House or from full-time studies at the School GraduateStudies or in a Second-Entry Professional program, the Resident shall give Graduate House at least two (2) f months’ notice in writing of their intention to withdraw, and the date on which they intend to move out,which date shallbecome the “Date of Withdrawal.” The Resident will follow the process for submitting notice of withdrawal as detailed in the Residence Handbook. The new “Date of Withdrawal” must be within the current Occupancy Period a. Residents are financially responsible for no less than 6 weeks during Summer Occupancy Period.   • Termination of Occupancy Upon termination of occupancy of a County- Assisted Unit by a Tenant, such Unit will be deemed to be continuously occupied by a household of the same income level as the initial income level of the vacating Tenant, until such unit is reoccupied, at which time categorization of the Unit will be established based on the occupancy requirements of Section 2.1.

  • Withdrawal From Agreement A. Any Fund may elect to withdraw from this Agreement effective at the end of any monthly period by giving at least 90 days’ prior written notice to each of the parties to this Agreement.   • PARTIAL OCCUPANCY OR USE § 9.9.1 The Owner may occupy or use any completed or partially completed portion of the Work at any stage when such portion is designated by separate agreement with the Design-Builder, provided such occupancy or use is consented to, by endorsement or otherwise, by the insurer providing property insurance and authorized by public authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. Such partial occupancy or use may commence whether or not the portion is substantially complete, provided the Owner and Design-Builder have accepted in writing the responsibilities assigned to each of them for payments, retainage, if any, security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work and insurance, and have agreed in writing concerning the period for correction of the Work and commencement of warranties required by the Design-Build Documents. When the Design-Builder considers a portion substantially complete, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a list to the Owner as provided under Section 9.8.2. Consent of the Design-Builder to partial occupancy or use shall not be unreasonably withheld. The stage of the progress of the Work shall be determined by written agreement between the Owner and Design-Builder.

  • Maximum Occupancy No more than two (2) guests per one (1) resident (who is present) are permitted in a student room/suite/apartment at any given time unless otherwise approved by the University (Residential Life).

  • Occupancy Period a. The student may begin occupancy of their assigned room space on the dates listed in the University catalog. Failure to occupy the room by the first official day of classes each semester may result in a reassignment of the room; however, the residential student agreement will remain enforced. Students are expected to occupy their assigned room. Students who choose to vacate their assignment without being officially exempted from the agreement have abrogated their right to that space, and are required to return any key(s) for the vacated assignment as directed. Failure to return key(s) as directed will result in billing for associated lock changes(s). Students remain liable for room charges during the life of the agreement.   • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.

  • Withdrawal Events In the event of the death, retirement, withdrawal, expulsion, or dissolution of a Member, or an event of bankruptcy or insolvency, as hereinafter defined, with respect to a Member, or the occurrence of any other event which terminates the continued membership of a Member in the Company pursuant to the Statutes (each of the foregoing being hereinafter referred to as a “Withdrawal Event”), the Company shall terminate sixty days after notice to the Members of such withdrawal Event unless the business of the Company is continued as hereinafter provided.
