Winter Break Closure & Service Reduction. The University is closed from 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 through until 8:00 a.m. EST on Sunday, January 3, 2021 (hereinafter called the “Winter Break”). As such, the Resident is required to vacate the premises by no later than 48 hours after the Resident’s last December exam, or by no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the last day of the December exam period as specified in the University Academic Calendar, whichever comes first. The Resident is expected to secure alternate accommodation during this period. Residents may return to the premises no earlier than 8:00 a.m. EST on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Accommodations during this period may be made available to residents with extenuating circumstances (e.g. international students, out of province students, etc.). A resident may apply to remain in residence during this period by submitting a request using the appropriate form (hereinafter called the “Winter Break Application”) before Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Such requests will be considered and determined by the Xxxx and/or their designate in their sole and absolute discretion. Approval should not be considered automatic. The Winter Break Closure costs $400 CAD. Requests received after Tuesday, December 1, 2020 will be subject to a late fee of $50. Upon approval of a Winter Break Application, residents will continue to be subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement. During the Winter Break closure, no food services, IT services, caretaking, or other services above and beyond emergency services will be provided. No overnight guests or social gatherings are permitted; it is 24-hour quiet period for the duration of the Winter Break. ROOM & WAITLIST ASSIGNMENTS

Winter Break Closure & Service Reduction. The University is closed from Wednesday, December 22, 2021 through until Friday, December 31, 2021 (hereinafter called the “Winter Break”). The Resident is not required to vacate their space. During the University’s Winter Break Closure, the University is closed and services of Graduate House will be reduced; there are no IT or administrative services, front desk services are limited, and there are minimal staff on-site.   • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation.   • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Coverage Selection Prior to Retirement An employee who retires and is eligible to continue insurance coverage as a retiree may change his/her health or dental plan during the sixty (60) calendar day period immediately preceding the date of retirement. The employee may not add dependent coverage during this period. The change takes effect on the first day of the month following the date of retirement.

  • Sick Leave Days Payable at 100% Wages Permanent Employees Subject to paragraphs d), e) and f) below, Employees will be allocated eleven (11) sick days payable at one hundred percent (100%) of wages on the first day of each fiscal year, or the first day of employment.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). The Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to demand and collect Fee in accordance with provisions of Article 27 and that the entry of Bus Terminal or part thereof into commercial service shall always be subject to compliance with the provisions of Clause 18.3 and Clause 26.2.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Re-employment After Retirement Employees who have reached retirement age as prescribed under the Pension (Municipal) Act and continue in the Employer's service, or are re-engaged within three (3) calendar months of retirement, shall continue at their former increment step in the pay rate structure of the classification in which they are employed, and the employee's previous anniversary date shall be maintained. All perquisites earned up to the date of retirement shall be continued or reinstated.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
